Buildings A, B and C complement the offering of Buildings D and E, providing even more options for companies seeking a flexible, high-performing working environment, with floor plates exceeding 2,000 m². These areas are currently being refreshed to meet companies’ expectations and enhance the site’s appeal”, explains Thomas Krienbühl.
Renovation works: modernising and improving spaces
Although Origami was designed to high architectural standards, refurbishing certain areas was necessary to meet today’s requirements.
“Two years ago, renovation works were carried out on Buildings D and E, with the aim of modernising workspaces, creating welcoming areas (coworking, meeting rooms, kitchenettes) and rethinking the site’s logistics to improve vehicle and goods flows.
Today, work is continuing in Buildings A, B and C. These works focus on updating the heating and cooling systems, as well as improving circulation and the distribution of spaces. The goal is to make these parts of the building even more comfortable and functional for companies, while preserving the architectural quality for which Origami is renowned”, details Julio Lopez.
On-site services: everyday comfort
Origami offers a range of integrated services to make its tenants’ experience even more enjoyable. The ongoing improvement of these services is currently under discussion. New initiatives include:
– An auditorium: to host professional events, conferences and seminars.
– A fitness area: to provide employees with a space for physical wellbeing.
– Quick dining options: to enable fast, healthy lunches on site.
Solutions aimed at enabling occasional use of parking spaces when needed (in addition to spaces rented on a fixed basis), in order to promote sustainable mobility and make travel easier.
These services are intended to complement Origami’s offering and support tenants’ day-to-day wellbeing, thanks to a working environment that is ever better adapted.
